Workout Wednesday #1
Introducing Workout Wednesday! Starting this Wednesday, we will post one workout per every four weeks on both our website and our Instagram (@theathletenarrative). We understand that there are some athletes who are stuck at home during the pandemic and are looking for ways to workout and stay active. If that's you, feel free to use this resource to keep yourself fit and healthy during these difficult times!
NOTE: We do not create or own any of the workouts posted. All of the credits go to the creators of the workouts.
This week's workout is provided by MyFitnessPal! It is an ab workout for advanced athletes who want to workout without equipment.
