Music is an amazing way to boost confidence! Every once in a while, it can be good to stand in front of the mirror, blast some of your favorite confidence-boosting songs, and feel good about yourself. Music can help boost both your body confidence and your confidence in general. 
This article introduces some songs that have been recommended by teens to be some of the best body confidence/confidence boosters. Feel free to listen to any of these!

Another way to think about it: Fighting fire with fire creates more fire, while fighting fire with water will put it out and stop it from spreading.
